I support and guide my clients to explore and discover their inner resources enabling them to comprehend and eventually work towards solving their problems. Issues and challenges often have a variety of causes which must be realized before embarking to achieve a sustainable solution. I work with my clients on their problems in the context of their life situation and personal history. This integrative approach is often the best insurance for a manageable and long-lasting solution. My style is authentic and interactive using the client-therapist relationship as a catalyst to facilitate progress and change. I have an emotionally supportive and passionate approach building on a humanistic view. I integrate empirically validated therapies (CBT), Client Centered Therapy as well as concepts from Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theories and Postmodern methodologies.
